• 攝影師安排： 本套餐價格包含由 KaChick 安排合適的專業攝影師。如希望指定特定攝影師拍攝，將收取 HKD 400 指定攝影師服務費。指定攝影師需視其檔期及可預約情況而定。
• 拍攝許可證： 根據最終拍攝地點，可能需要申請拍攝許可。相關費用通常不超過 HKD 300，請於當天直接支付。
• • 入場費： 部分景點可能需額外支付入場費，請於當天直接支付予場地。
  • 交通費： 如拍攝地點距離攝影師所在地較遠，可能需額外支付交通費用。
• 取消政策：
• • 超過 30 天前取消：免費取消
  • 10–29 天前取消：收取 20%
  • 9 天內取消：收取 50%
  • 拍攝當天取消：收取 100%
• KaChick Moments Club 會員福利： 可享天氣保障服務，拍攝當天仍可免費改期或申請 100% 退款。

Your proposal will be photographed by one of KaChick's trusted professional photographers in Tokyo. Carefully selected for their experience in capturing authentic emotions and natural storytelling, our photographers know how to combine Tokyo's vibrant cityscape, elegant gardens, and iconic landmarks into a proposal you'll never forget.

• Exclusive Location Recommendations: Receive recommendations for proposal locations based on the season and your preferences, including flower fields, snowy landscapes, lakesides, forests, and scenic viewpoints.

Customer Notes

• Photographer Assignment: The package price includes photographer assignment by KaChick. If you would like to request a specific photographer, an additional HKD 400 Photographer Request Fee will apply. Photographer requests are subject to availability and schedule.
• Shooting Permit: Depending on your final shooting location, a permit may be required. Permit fees are usually below HKD 300 and should be paid directly on the day.
• Entrance Fees: Some locations may require admission fees, which should be paid directly to the venue.
• Transportation Costs: Additional transportation fees may apply depending on the photographer's travel distance to your selected location.
• Cancellation Policy:
• • More than 30 days before: No charge
  • 10–29 days before: 20% charge
  • Within 9 days: 50% charge
  • On the shooting day: 100% charge
• KaChick Moments Club Members: Enjoy weather protection benefits, including free rescheduling or a 100% refund up until the shooting day.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or additional charges. Please allow sufficient travel time to arrive punctually.

How to Book

• Check Availability: Contact us with your preferred date and location. We will respond within 3 hours.
• Confirm Your Booking: Once confirmed, please provide your WhatsApp contact details.
• Finalize the Shoot: We will assign a suitable photographer who will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the proposal plans and photoshoot details.
